How much will your services cost?

For coding, billing and follow-up, NMBS charges a percentage of collections, which varies based on volume and specialty. For all other services NMBS uses a contracted flat rate.

Do you charge a setup fee?

We do not charge setup fees, however, there may be computer hardware costs.

What kind of computer system will I need?

There are two options available to you. You can use our software on our servers and connect using a HIPAA compliant VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection or we can install a computer on your network and connect via VPN into your system.

Will you provide me regular reports?

We will provide a number of standard reports every month and offer ad hoc reporting as well.

Can I use you for ASC coding only?

Yes. We charge a flat rate per case depending on your case mix and volume.

Do you perform ASC coding audits?

Yes. Our certified professional coders are very experienced in conducting annual ASC coding audits.

Can you help us with ASC state reporting?

Yes. We complete the state reporting requirements as a courtesy to our clients.
