	Lisa Rock President and CEO Lisa has more than 25 years experience in healthcare. Lisa is the current President and CEO of National Medical Billing Services, LLC where she oversees the operations for surgery center and surgery billing for clients across the country. Lisa served as Vice President of Business Office Operations and Executive Director of the central business office (CBO) of a national development and management company for outpatient surgery centers. Lisa’s extensive healthcare background includes having served as Executive Director for a 40 provider anesthesia group outside of Washington, D.C. and Director of Training, Education and Communications for Mid-Atlantic Medical Services, Inc. (MAMSI). MAMSI is a Forbes 400 platinum company and one of the region’s largest insurance companies. Lisa conducted all of the physician, ASC and hospital training seminars. She also authored training manuals and was the MAMSI representative to the Maryland Ambulatory Surgery Association (MASA). In her role, Lisa helped numerous ASCs and/or their billing companies to improve coding, billing and collection procedures. Lisa was also business manager for a large orthopedic and physical therapy group in Bethesda, MD where she oversaw billing, coding and collections for a six million dollar physician practice. A former medical technician and operating room and post anesthesia care unit technician, Lisa also has the clinical experience to improve the inherent communication problems between the administrative and clinical sides. Lisa is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force.
Picture not available	Jonathan Schatz Chief Information Officer Jonathan Schatz holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio State University. Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in information systems with over 10 years in ASC software, hardware and networking. Jonathan designed the computer infrastructure for numerous surgery centers and ASC management companies. He incorporated the use of Microsoft’s Terminal Services, which allows for remote connectivity from surgery centers located anywhere in the world. Email Jonathan
	Terry Laburay Senior Vice President, Operations Terry Laburay was the Assistant Director of the central business office for a national ASC development and management company for five years. She helped develop the operation from the ground up and supervised more than 35 employees. Terry’s background also includes the position of Business Manager for Jefferson Memorial Surgery Center (JMSC) in Festus, MO. JMSC is a four operating room and two procedure room multi-specialty surgery center performing over 400 cases per month. Terry worked and oversaw every non-clinical position in the center for three years. Terry’s nearly ten years of ASC scheduling, coding, billing and collections experience gives her unique insight to communication and efficiencies between facility and billing offices. Terry’s work history also includes managing inventory and purchasing for a large primary care group in Missouri. Her two years at Esse Health gave her the invaluable knowledge of tying supplies, implants and other expenses to the payer contracts in ASCs. Terry is currently a candidate for her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland, University College. Email Terry
	Jessica Edmiston Director, Professional Coding Jessica holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and is a Certified Professional Coder. She has been coding for surgery centers across the country for over five years. In addition, she has performed numerous coding audits for a variety of healthcare clients. 	Adena Dorsey Director, Patient Accounts Adena holds a B.A. in Corporate Communication from Lindenwood University, is a candidate for her M.B.A from Webster University, and is a Certified Professional Coder. 	Eric Stegen Manager, Human Resources Eric Stegen has more than 5 years of leadership experience in the medical billing industry. He also acquired several years of financial investment experience from Edward Jones. Eric received his B.S. in Business Administration from Maryville University. Email Eric
	Patricia Sims Office Manager Pat has over 40 years experience in administration with 10 years in the healthcare field and over five years in ASC business office operations. Pat’s extensive  experience includes such prestigious companies as the Kendall Corporation and McDonnell Douglas. Pat was educated at Hickey’s Business College in St. Louis, MO. Email Pat
	Lindsay Miller Payment Posting Manager Lindsay has over six years of experience in surgery center billing. Lindsay is a former LMT who came to the business side of healthcare six years ago. She is currently a candidate for her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland, University College. 	Tamara Wagner Manager, Claims Submission Compliance Tamara holds a B.S. in Biology from Saint Louis University and is a Certified Professional Coder. Tamara has been in the healthcare field for nine years and for the last two years has specialized in surgery center claims submission compliance and accurate coding. Email Tamara
